Lewis Francis Blackburn Bray secures Law Society’s new quality mark
Lewis Francis Blackburn Bray of 14-16 Paradise Square Sheffield S1 2DE has secured membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

The firm underwent rigorous assessment by the Law Society in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

Kevin Exell, Partner and Head of Conveyancing is delighted that the firm is one of the first in the Sheffield area to have secured CQS status.

"It is recognition of the high standards we provide to our clients. The quality mark is a signal to future home buyers of the excellent, reliable, and personal service we provide at what is often a stressful time".

The scheme requires firms to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain their status. The scheme has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Buildings Societies Association and the Association of British Insurers.
